1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms By using the “Money Lender” (hereafter “the Service”), a service provided by GREGOR SVRŽNJAK S.P. (hereafter “the Company” or “service provider”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately delete your account and stop using the Service.
  2. User Accounts To access the Service, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the account creation process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
  3. Usage The Service is intended to be used for managing loans, budgets and customers. You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
  4. Service limits
    1. Service is limited by features developed by service provider. Users can request additional features and changes to the service, but final decision on if, when and how such requests will be fullfiled by service provider will be made by service provider.
  5. Subscription Fees and Payments The Service is free to use up to a certain limit of active concurrent budgets, loans and customers. If you exceed this limit, you can opt for a subscription to increase those limits and access additional features. The subscription fee is subject to change. You agree to pay the subscription fee, if applicable, as well as any applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to change the subscription fee at any time, with a 30-day notice.
  6. Refunds Refunds are available under conditions described by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For subscriptions purchased through Stripe, please contact us at contact@money-lender.app.
  7. Data and Privacy By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In cases where you enter your customers personal information (as defined by your local laws and regulations), you are responsible for obtaining any required (by your local laws and regulations) consent, and are responsible for any anonimization and deletion of such personal information. We as the service provider do not have permission to look at, edit or copy any of your or your customers information (information you as a user enter into application), except in extent tha is required to provide support and maineinence to our service.
  8. Intellectual Property All content in the Service, excluding user-generated content, is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  9. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the Service. Any misuse, including but not limited to, direct API access, creating random budgets, loans and customers or traffic to our servers (activity that intends to cause finantial harm to us as service providers), can lead to suspension or termination of your account and subsiquient legal action.
  10. Termination We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are unable to provide the Service in your area due to reasons beyond our control. Upon termination, your data will be exported and sent to your email, then deleted permanently. We will work with you to make such termination as painless as possible
  11. Confidentiality, Security, and Data Protection You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information you receive through the Service, to use this information only for the purposes of using the Service, and to implement reasonable measures to secure your access to the Service.
  12. Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information provided by the Service is accurate or complete. Any information regarding loans such as transactions and automatic calculations must be checked by human in order to ensure correctness. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your reliance on any information provided by the Service.
  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of Slovenia.
  14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by sending an email to your registered email address. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account and we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
